Built-in 1883, this gorgeous building blends the original elegance and character of the building with touches of modern pieces, creating a unique scape to elevate any event! - Available to rent for private events from 8AM - 8PM
- Tables and chairs for seating up to 35 guests. 60 total capacity
- Two buffet tables with black table cloths

Rates for private event rental:
- Monday- Thursday: $150 for the day (8AM - 8PM)
- Friday- Sunday: $200 for the day (8AM - 8PM)
