💙In remembrance of my mom, “Mimi”.. we will be bringing back our “Mimi” pancakes for tomorrow! My mom made the BEST chocolate chip pancakes! She would make them for me Atleast once a week before school. They will NOT be as good as hers, but I hope you all think of her as you eat them! (Chocolate chips actually inside the pancakes)

Two years without my mom has been unbearable most days, but I thank each of you sooo much for being apart of this journey that has brought so much joy back to me! 💙
