Our Story

The South Carolina Festival of Flowers strives to showcase Greenwood as a destination for flowers, families and fun! It all started 53 years ago with show gardens at Park Seed Company and quickly evolved into a community celebration. Our signature attraction includes 44 "living" topiary sculptures placed throughout Uptown Greenwood.

Named Event of the Year 2018 by the South Carolina Festival and Events Association and one of Southeast Tourism Society’s Top 20 Events in June for ten years running, the SC Festival of Flowers offers a month long schedule of activities the whole family can enjoy.
