Hi friends, it’s me 🙃
The person behind the scenes hauling tents, answering messages at midnight, booking venues, and juggling a thousand tiny details so these events actually happen.
And yeah… I used to charge $25 for a booth. Like… genuinely.
And I don’t even know how I survived that because it never covered anything.
Not the thousands in marketing, not the rentals, not the website, not the invoicing software, not the office supplies, not the hours planning layouts, not the time away from my own family. nothing.
And now booth fees are going up — not because I “think I’m fancy,” but because I’m literally giving more.
I know what makes an event flow.
I know how to get shoppers in the door.
I know which layouts convert, which ones don’t, and how to support vendors who are just starting out.
I know how to help them with display ideas, ads, product shots, strategy — whatever they need to succeed.
And I show up even on days where all I have left is the fact that I care a ridiculous amount.
I wear every hat — organizer, marketer, customer service, accountant, social media manager, designer, problem-solver, hype woman, therapist sometimes - all in one day.
I’m answering vendor messages in the car, fixing technology glitches at 6am, and typing vendor guides with cold coffee because if I don’t keep pushing… how else will anyone even know these events exist? How else will these small businesses find a place to grow?
People say “don’t overthink it,” but honestly? Most people get to clock out.
I don’t.
This comes home with me — the planning, the worry, the research, the learning, the constant push to make every event better than the last.
I’ve spent my own time, money, and energy so vendors don’t have to spend theirs.
That’s the difference between someone who rents tables and someone who is an actual event organizer.
And no, I don’t do big “discount weekends” for booth fees — because for years, I was the discount.
I already absorbed the hits.
I already said “yes” when the math said “no.”
I already carried the weight so vendors could thrive without feeling the risk.
But I’m done being cheap just to keep up with an industry that undervalues itself.
I want to actually give you something good — not rush through planning, cut corners, or drown in costs while trying to make magic out of a shoestring budget.
I’d rather charge what allows us to show up fully, create real experiences, bring the crowds in, and genuinely care about your business instead of scrambling for survival.
And I know the vendors meant for these events feel that.
They want the organizer who sees the vision before it exists.
The one who actually gives a damn.
The one who isn’t raising fees to take more — but to give more.
So yeah… this is me.
Trying. Learning. Building something real with a laptop, a to-do list that never ends, and a heart that cares maybe too much.
And also… I’m really thankful I don’t have to do it alone anymore.
That I get to build this with someone who cares just as deeply as I do — my little sister.
Having her beside me in this season has meant more than I can probably put into words.
And if you’re still here reading this — thanks for seeing me.
Really. 🥰
