We're where rustic meets elegance, offering outdoor event space, a saloon, and partnerships with local vendors for photography, catering, and music. We started this business to share our charming property with others. It has become a special place for many of life’s cel

DJ Bingo Night is back. 🎶

Come hang with us June 17 at Bay Horse Inn for bingo, music, food trucks, and a good time — all to support our Center Grove football seniors.🏈

Doors open at 5, bingo starts at 6:30. Cash bar, 50/50 raffle, raffle baskets, and a silent auction going all night. Not staying for bingo? Swing by between 5 and 6:30 for the food trucks — Hogs Heinie and Heartland Ice Cream/Açaí Bowls, open to everyone.

Your day-of coordinator runs your wedding: building your timeline, cueing your processional, making sure you walk down the aisle right on time, and keeping the whole day flowing smoothly.
Our Bay Horse event staff takes care of the venue: setting up chairs, maintaining the grounds, keeping everything stocked, and making sure the property looks picture-perfect from arrival to send-off.
