The Conference Center offers over 2,200 square feet of flexible, distinctive space. Our space can fit 60 people set classroom style or 100 people set for a banquet or reception. Tilson Conference Center does not offer a catering service onsite, though we do have a list of preferred caterers who can help with every aspect of your food & beverage needs. Rental Policies:
A rental contract must be signed in advance, along with a deposit to hold the room. The deposit is due at the time of the submitted rental contract. The deposit will be counted towards full payment of the rental and equipment fees. The amount balance is due in full at least one (1) week prior to the event date. If canceled more than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date, a full deposit refund will be issued. If canceled 14-20 days, 50% of total amount is due. If canceled 7-13 days prior, 75% of total amount is due. If canceled within 6 days of the event, 100% of total amount is due.
