A good book, great company, and a table full of food worth talking about... what more could you want from a book club night?

For this intimate gathering at our clients in Cos Cob, we kept the energy relaxed and the flavors bold: crispy Korean cauliflower, sesame-seared ahi tuna, bourbon-glazed salmon, grilled tenderloin, and a few sweets to round things out. No fuss, just beautifully prepared food that let everyone stay in the moment and enjoy the conversation.
