Our client's recent party we catered in New York was one to remember. From the first bite to the last sweet treat... this event was a love letter to summer dining. 💛🌿

Guests began with a stationary hors d’oeuvre board brimming with seasonal dips, followed by passed bites like shrimp cocktail shots, ahi tuna, crisp spring rolls, fried chicken & waffles with maple Tabasco, toasted fig, and artichoke puffs.

The buffet was a crowd-pleaser with hot dogs, hamburgers, black bean-sweet potato-walnut burgers, barbecue chicken drumsticks, and buttery Maine lobster rolls, paired with fresh, colorful sides: watermelon, blueberry & feta with mint salad, bright lemon pasta, roasted corn salad with avocado, diced red peppers & jalapeño, and margarita flatbreads hot from the oven.

Dessert was pure joy, carrot cake in a jar, ice-cold popsicles, classic cookies, and decadent Valrhona gluten-free chocolate brownies. A night of flavor, laughter, and effortless elegance under the summer sky. Swipe to see the thank you note we received from our client after the event ✨🍽️

Last weeks outdoor soirée was a feast for the senses… our clients buffet featured BBQ Thai shrimp salad, lemon-thymed grilled chicken, Marrakech quinoa, and sesame noodles. Each dish was crafted to complement the setting: fresh, vibrant, and full of heart.
