It’s All in the Details, LLC. We strive to create fun, community-building events which support non-profit organizations and small businesses for the betterment of the community.

We create and produce our own events, and we assist other organizations — both non-profit and for-profit — to coordinate their event’s needs. We offer comprehensive event management and services so YOUR event is successful and makes the impact you desire. 🎶 🎤 🎭 Did you know that the Old Greenwich Festival showcases local youth entertainment? Yup! In fact, at the 2023 , performers from both Greenwich A Capella and the Greenwich Performing Arts Studio each performed at the 👍

We would love to have more at the June 10th, 2023 Old Greenwich Festival. We love providing these talented kids with a venue to share their gifts, as well as the opportunity to inspire other children to get involved with music and the overall.

If you’d like more information, please DM us! Alternatively, find our contact info in our bio. We’d love to hear about YOUR youth performing arts program and consider having your students join us in June.

Who can apply?

1) Youth performers must be 18 and under.
2) Must be in the Greenwich area.
2) Singers, dancers of all genres, choirs, bands, etc.

🙌 Did you know that part of our mission is to support local non-profit organizations? Yup! In fact, at the Old Greenwich Festival we DONATE up to six (6) spaces to non-profit organizations to showcase their upcoming events, educate attendees about their cause, and procure support from those who want to learn more and get involved.

In 2022 we even hosted the OGRCC 12U Greenwich All-Stars baseball team so they could get the word out about their impending trip to Branson, Missouri to compete in the Cal Ripken Majors/70 World Series. The team proudly walked around with a red wagon and huge smiles on their faces as they spoke with event attendees about their fundraising campaign which was to help offset the costs from competing in the World Series.

What a beautiful picture of such a gorgeous park! We wish we could give photo credit but we’re unsure of who the photographer is that captured this shot.

Binney Park is not just home to the annual Old Greenwich Festival, it’s also home to hundreds of plantings, trees, flowers and plenty of wild animals such as turtles, frogs, and various birds. That’s one of the reasons we were very selective when we founded in 2021 about where the should be located. We wanted to protect the natural resources in Binney Park while being able to produce a fabulous community event at such a spectacular . We continue to have conversations with the and the about ensuring no damage occurs to trees, shrubs, and other plantings in the park due to . In addition, we are diligent about ensuring that all garbage and recycling is removed from the event space we utilize for the 1-day event.

Having stated all of this, we are looking forward to the return of the Old Greenwich Festival at Binney Park, slated for June 10th, 2023.

Until then, if you have a chance to stroll through the park check out all the work that has been done by Town of Greenwich, the , and the . The park has been through years of transformation to preserve its natural beauty.

🛍 Support Abilis and small women-owned businesses this week at Autumn Splendour! This is a new shopping event where you can “Sip. Shop. Support.” Advanced ticket purchase is highly encouraged. All attendees receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco (or drink of choice) on October 12th or a Mimosa on October 13th, and the first 300 receive a Swag Bag with goodies and discounts from local businesses. Ticket purchase is good for both days.
