No need for the entire office to walk outside to a food truck. No complicated logistics. Our cart is fully collapsible and easily fits through doors and onto elevators - meaning we can come right up to the top floor, no problem, and serve all of your guests without missing a beat!

Been wanting to try us?! 90% of the time, we're booked full with catering but we're excited to share that we'll be popping up at Crown + Bloom Coffee Co. in Simpsonville tomorrow evening for their praise & pancakes worship night!

Pancakes starring at 6pm. Praise starts at 6:30pm.

This is a free event. Family friendly. Pup-friendly as long as they're on a leash.

Bring a blanket or lawn chair, come listen to music, and grab a plate of mini pancakes. All pancakes will be gluten-friendly and organic.

Planning a birthday party, baby shower, work party, or other special occasion in Greenville, South Carolina? When you book us for mini pancake catering, we bring our cart to you, cook hot off-the-griddle mini pancakes for every guest, and guests choose their own toppings and drizzles.

Your catered event includes 6 toppings and 3 drizzles of your choosing, a custom menu made to match the theme of your event, and between 1-3 hours of serving.

Mini pancake catering starts at $395 for up to 25 guests and increases based on estimated headcount. We have 3 carts and can accomodate large numbers of guests - our largest was 700 guests!!

Sunday Stacks & Co., Greenville's mobile mini pancake cart is looking for our next Pancake Artist! If you're friendly, outgoing, and love making people smile, you will love this job!

$20/hr to start → $25/hr plus mileage reimbursement once you're promoted to running solo events

📍 Based in Greenville, SC

This is a high-responsibility, on-your-feet role so please read the requirements before applying:

✅ 21+ (required for insurance)
✅ Valid SC driver's license
✅ Able to transport our cart & supplies in your own vehicle (sub-compact SUV or larger — our cart is collapsible and fits with seats down)
✅ Comfortable driving to different event locations, including a commute to Simpsonville, SC to pick up supplies once running solo events
✅ Extremely reliable & always on time (we'll ask for 2 professional references who can vouch for your reliability)
✅ Able to stand for extended periods and carry 40 lbs
✅ A people person - great at small talk and building relationships
✅ Looking to grow with us long-term

We come to you, set up our cart inside or outside, and cook plates of mini pancakes hot-off-the-griddle during your event! Guests choose unlimited toppings like freshly cut strawberries, chocolate chips, peanut butter drizzle, and real maple syrup. Best of all, our pancakes are made with simple, high-quality ingredients - They're seed oil free, made with no artificial dyes or preservatives, and are cooked in coconut oil.
