As we move into June, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. May was by far the busiest month we’ve ever had at Greenville Gala, and the amount of support we’ve received has honestly been overwhelming in the best way possible.

This month, we’re looking forward to slowing down just a little, catching our breath, recharging, and preparing for another exciting wedding season this fall. While we’re taking time to reset, we’re also continuing to grow, expand our inventory, and build our team so we can serve even more amazing clients across the Carolinas.

✨ Extending the barn while keeping the elegance. ✨

For this event, we installed a 20x40 frame tent with a roof tarp, draping, and perimeter lighting around the tent on the inside (not full coverage ceiling lighting) to create a seamless transition directly into the barn. The tent served as an extension of the venue, providing additional covered space while maintaining the warm, inviting atmosphere the couple envisioned.

The soft draping and warm lighting transformed a simple walkway into a beautiful entrance, blending the outdoor setting with the barn’s charm and creating a stunning first impression as guests arrived.

A beautiful view from inside one of our 20x40 tents in Fairview, North Carolina. ✨

For this event, we added elegant draping and perimeter lighting (not full-coverage ceiling lighting) to create a warm, inviting atmosphere while still keeping an open-air feel.

With rain in the forecast, the tent provided the perfect protection for guests. Fortunately, the rain never came down too heavily and the wind remained calm, so the couple chose to leave the sidewalls off. The result was the best of both worlds—peace of mind from the weather and the elegant outdoor look they envisioned.

Sometimes the weather has other plans… 🌧️✨

With unpredictable weather rolling in, today called for a covered ceremony setup at Flat Rock Park in North Carolina — and it turned out absolutely beautiful. From the rustic wood pavilion to the floral-lined aisle, this setup created the perfect intimate atmosphere while keeping everyone comfortable and dry.
