With rain in the forecast, this beautiful couple celebrated their special day under our tent, and everything turned out absolutely gorgeous! 💍✨

✨ Date night happened after all! ❤️

If you watched our last video, you know we were hopeful that the weather would cooperate!

We had everything set up and ready to go when we heard thunder rolling in. We quickly took EVERYTHING inside, waited for the storm to pass, and then set it all back up again. As soon as we finished, we heard thunder AGAIN! 😅

At that point, we decided to leave everything where it was and just see what happened.

And thankfully… NOT A SINGLE DROP OF RAIN! 🙌

My husband knows me so well. When I say I want a date night, you won’t catch me at the clubs or at a fancy five-star restaurant where you’re sitting elbow to elbow with everyone around you.

Nope! When I say I want a date night, I mean I want the whole place to myself! I want to be as loud as I want, dance however I want, sing at the top of my lungs, and have a menu that’s completely up to ME! 😂❤️

And that’s EXACTLY what we did!

The setup was absolutely beautiful, and my husband made the night even more special by cooking for me. He knew I wanted taco salad and margaritas, so that’s exactly what we had! We even had our own little chip baskets at the table with queso and salsa. 🌮🍹

We danced, we sang, we laughed, and we played SO many card games. No crowds, no distractions, no rushing to get home. Just the two of us enjoying each other’s company under the lights.

It was such a beautiful night, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. ❤️

Ladies, if your husband asks what you want for date night, show him this!

A little behind-the-scenes look at this morning’s setup! 🤍

We started the day setting up this 20×40 tent, along with 70 chairs and 10 tables, for our wonderful clients!

We knew we were expecting a little rain later in the evening, but the forecast wasn’t calling for anything too serious. Well… Mother Nature had other plans! 😂🌧️ What was supposed to be a little rain quickly turned into an absolute DOWNPOUR!

Our client requested just one sidewall, as the other side connected to an existing canopy attached to the building. Thankfully, despite the unexpected storm, our tent stayed securely in place, and everyone was still able to enjoy their event! ⛈️

The best part of the day? Everyone thanked us up and down, told us how beautiful everything looked, and shared how excited they were to have us back for another event in the future! 🥹

Rain or shine, seeing our clients happy makes all the hard work worth it! 🤍

A little reminder: While this was one of our previously booked tent installations, Greenville Gala is no longer accepting new tent setup reservations. We still offer tables, chairs, linens, and decorating services for tents already installed by others!

From a casual mall trip to a VERY unexpected, rain-induced breakdown in Spartanburg! 😂🌧️

Who knew you could fit a husband, a wife, a baby, a jogging stroller, 10 tables, 70 chairs, a 20×40 tent, AND all our mall shopping bags in one tiny truck?! 🛻

At this point, we’re not even a rental company anymore… we’re professional Tetris players. 🤣

Marriage is where so much of the story behind Greenville Gala began. 🤍

I’m incredibly proud of my husband, of the life we’ve built together, and of the marriage we continue to build every day. Not long after we got married, we found out we would be adding our littlest one to the family. During that pregnancy, somewhere in the middle of preparing for a new baby and figuring out what our next chapter would look like, we decided to take a chance and open Greenville Gala.

Now, almost two years later, it’s hard to believe how far that decision has taken us. What started as an idea between a husband and wife has grown into a business that keeps us constantly moving, traveling, delivering, setting up, answering messages, and helping other couples bring pieces of their own wedding days to life. We’re already booking into the middle of next year, and that is something I never want to take for granted.

This business has kept us BUSY. 😂 There are plenty of long days, late nights, early mornings, road trips, and moments where it feels like we’re always onto the next thing. But through all of it, he’s still the person I want beside me.

And as grateful as I am to watch Greenville Gala grow, every day I look forward to the moments when life slows down again and we can simply enjoy the life, family, and marriage we’ve been working so hard to build together. 🤍

We started our morning at McFall Landing in Anderson, South Carolina, delivering and setting up chairs as the sun came up over the water. The peaceful lake, golden sunrise, and ceremony seating coming together made for such a beautiful start to the day.

Sometimes we’re moving so quickly from one event to the next that we don’t get a chance to stop and capture the setup, so mornings like this are a good reminder to appreciate the view along the way.

70 chairs delivered to McFall Landing this morning, with a sunrise that made the early start completely worth it. 🤍One thing I’ve learned while running a busy event rental business is that sometimes you get so focused on getting everything delivered, set up, and taken care of that you completely forget to stop and take pictures or videos.Then later, you realize you have almost nothing to show for all of the work that went into it. 😭I’m definitely kicking myself over a few recent setups in Hartwell, Georgia, Cornelius, North Carolina, and Cleveland that I wish I had captured more of. We’ve done some beautiful work lately, but on those busy days, getting the job done comes first.This morning moved at a little slower pace, though, and I’m so glad I took a moment to actually capture it. 70 chairs, a beautiful venue, and the sunrise in the background made for a pretty good start to the day. ☀️Here’s to remembering to document the work while we’re busy doing the work. 🤍Greenville GalaTables • Chairs • Linens • Décor & More

This event took us all the way to Hartwell, Georgia, and it was definitely one we won’t forget! 🤍✨

This photo only shows the tent with the full ceiling draping and lights, but our setup included so much more. We also provided 100 chairs, 11 tables, and all of the table linens for the event.

And when we say this setup tested us… it TESTED us. 😅 We arrived expecting a typical setup and quickly discovered that we couldn’t pull our truck up to the event site. Everything had to make its way down a mountain and then back up again—tables, chairs, linens, decorating supplies, and everything needed for the tent.

It was a workout we definitely weren’t expecting, but we got it done! 💪🤍 Seeing everything lit up at the end of the night made for one beautiful finish.

As a reminder, Greenville Gala is no longer accepting new tent setup/rental bookings. However, we ARE continuing to offer tent decorating services, including beautiful draping and lighting like you see here! ✨

Going forward, the tent must already be set up and ready for us when we arrive, and we can come in and transform it with our decorating services.
