The biggest wedding regrets couples don’t talk about until after the day is over…
1. Skipping a hair and makeup trial and not loving your final look
2. Missing cocktail hour and barely seeing the guests who came for you
3. Not eating your own wedding food
4. Not having a planner or coordinator and feeling stressed all day
5. No clear photo list so important people and reactions get missed
6. Forgetting to save details like your bouquet, menus, and keepsakes
7. No weather backup plan
8. A rushed getting ready timeline
9. No buffer time built into the schedule
10. No emergency kit with basics like fashion tape, meds, and stain remover
11. Forgetting breakfast and running on nerves alone
12. Letting outside opinions take over your vision

I have made more gowns than I can count. The time to make a simple basic formal gown starts at around ten hours. And that’s after the dozen hours sourcing all the materials.

Fashion isn’t fast…in spite of what we’ve been lead to believe. The people who labor in the fashion (especially high fashion) industry are often not wealthy by monetary standards. Many times my hourly pay ended up at $1.00 per hour. We do what we do for love. 💕 Be kind and express value others work.

We will be offering walk in and extended hours for the rest of the season. 👍
Please confirm by calling (616) 364-0777 BEFORE coming as hours will fluctuate: not actual set hours.
But here is the base 'plan'
11-8 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
12:30-8 Thursdays
10-4 Friday and Saturday
(.....except for family first ➡ this Saturday as my granddaughter 👑 has her daddy daughter dance and I NEED to be there to help her get ready 🥰.)

PS: FaceBook's scheduler is a hot mess and it allows you to pick a time, however an entirely different time will appear in the chat. So I will ask that you text to request an appointment or to confirm availability.
