This is Jeremy Dexter, the owner of Mother Nature’s Florist, son. Over this past weekend a very unfortunate circumstance happened. My mom, who we recently discovered is dealing with some memory challenges, not only delayed the delivery of funeral flowers, but also did not deliver the specific colors and requests of the client. For over 40+ years my mom has been a florist and event planner and has always gone above and beyond for her customers and community. As a family, and as small business owners we always want to make sure we do our very best to service our clients and deserve any and all repeat business. We have confirmed that all monies were refunded to the family, but realize this can never repair what has happened. We are so very sorry again and my wife, daughters and I will be taking over and coordinating everything to make sure her business continues to run and this never happens again. With all she has done and worked to build over the years, we do not want her to be remembered this way. Thank you for your understanding.
