Buy your tickets today! Enjoy a five-course cider and food dinner on Monday, February 9, at 6:00 PM with Applewood Kitchen and Bar Chef Jim Wood and Mollie Gilbert . The first course will be served at 6:30 PM for this closed-door, private event.
The menu will consist of five Michigan ciders paired with five courses of surprise dishes, curated by Chef Jim Wood—co-owner of Applewood Kitchen and Bar, owner of Wood Shop Social, chef at The Sanctuary Ranch, and chef for Michigan Out of Doors TV. Expect a fun and flavorful evening featuring meat, vegetables, seafood, game, and dessert.
