If you see our crew at the fairgrounds or anywhere else, please thank them. If they are your kids, be proud of them. I stopped in out there today. They all looked like they'd been thrown into a pool, fully clothed, dripping wet. But they were working thru it. The show must go on and there is not the luxury of saying "we'll get it tomorrow." (Especially since every tomorrow for the past week has been like today and yesterday.) Chance said they are on track to finish as scheduled. Everyone is working hard to get thru this. Mind you, we are also babysitting Miami County fair thru the weather as well. I hope we can all give a little grace to the people who are working to make this happen despite the challenges mother nature thrown at us!

Oh. And this is the next 24 hours.

To our Darke County fair vendors: We are doing the best we can! You know the rain doesn't usually slow us down but The Great Darke County Fair has closed the grounds due to flooding and oversaturation. We will be in there working where we can, when we can. We have more rain coming in tonight. Please reach out to us with questions.
