Hi all! It's been brought to my attention today that someone is using an email that is very similar to ours and is accepting payments for services that we provided. There's a couple things I want you all to know.
1. First and foremost: we will never accept credit cards or any kind of cash app, venmo, PayPal or other payment platforms. I have accepted payment on my personal accounts thru these platforms in emergency situations but in light being impersonated I can no longer do that. Cash check or money order are the only forms of payment we accept. A few customers do ACH transactions but I will not be accepting any new requests for this to protect our customers and ourselves.
2. Please use caution when emailing. There is no "s" in our email. If you can't find our email thread in your inbox, call me or send me a message here. I'll find it and bring it to your attention. I will never reach out to you from my personal Facebook unless we are already friends and even then I prefer not to. My preference is actually text but most of you know that!
3. If at any time you are questioning anything, ever, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! That's what I'm here for and most of our customers know that I love to help! I've been your confidant, I've helped you figure out layouts, I've referred you to other businesses, I've shared your joy, your grief, and your anger. I'm here to serve you!
We have the best customers. I know that because I was basically born into customer service and have spent the last 20 years working with the public in many capacities. You guys are the best. Thank you for being great! 😊
