I haven’t seen enough of my old Digger’s BBQ customers at my new spot in Greer at Loki’s takeout and catering???!!

So for those of you who have missed Diggers BBQ I’m partnering with a friend to open up Loki’s takeout and catering in Greer in the lowes grocery store shopping center across from riverside high school.

We are doing a soft opening this week and I figured I’d let my old customers know that Wednesday through Saturday you can get some of your favorite stuff from Diggers served at our new restaurant:)

Sorry this will be long....

Hey Guys! Long time No speak lol I know you’re wondering about what’s going on currently with Diggers your favorite BBQ restaurant ever and I wanted to give as much clarity as possible.

I took the summer off to figure out our next steps and what I wanted to do company wise moving forward after dealing with major headache after major headache especially with the mall. I am Mr. Positive but if I’m honest it took a lot out of me because I give my all to everything and the pst few years left me drained in every way possible as I continued to grow the brand and create a restaurant that you customers would love.

Some things I did right and some things I obviously did wrong. Some of the things were out of my control especially with the last store in the mall because they were almost 6 months behind schedule with getting it ready for me.

I tried to jump right into a Location here in Greenville but I could not find one affordable or in a good location to save my life.

I realized also how seasonal bbq is and the past few years we’ve renovated or opened new stores between fall and Winter and that led us right back into the dead part of the year which is January through March/April and at the mall it was twice as dead at that time.

I tell you all this because many of you have been on this journey with me and have been soo supportive.

Since it’s so seasonal though my goal was to find a place by this month the latest and that just not has happened and because of that it would not be smart business to open till Spring to have 8 straight months of solid business versus just 3 months of fall before it drops in the natural cycle of winter.

Love you guys and sorry we couldn’t open sooner but I want to be smarter this go-round and the market is the market and I have to make sure I use a well thought out strategy.

That being said enjoy all the subpar bbq out there until we are back so you can realize how awesome we really are lol 😜

As I continue to expand the plan to grow the business I have realized a few things...

number 1 is I’ve been doing this a very long time and I’m not as young as I used to be lol

Number 2 is if I’m truly going to grow here in the upstate I’m going to need lots of help!

Number 3 is my customers really like a sit down restaurant with the service and atmosphere that they’re used to from Diggers BBQ.

As good as the Mall location has been I can tell that it needs to be part of my strategy but not my whole strategy.

We need to start working on a dine in restaurant so that some of my favorite customers who won’t set foot in a mall can come back and enjoy us again. 🙂 lol

In order to do that I’ve decided to add another growth strategy and that is instead of just trying to franchise I need to start offering operational partnerships like Chick fil a.

Where you can come in get a salary but with a stronger profit margin of the business. I simply can’t grow without more qualified people. So if you have ever thought about running a business then the following opportunities are now available.

Operational partnership at The Haywood mall location. Investment $50k-$100k for 20%-45% profit share and base salary 40-45 hour work week average!

Operational partnership at The Following future locations-(Taylors/Greer, Travelers Rest, Simpsonville/five forks, or Pelham road) Investment $50k-$75k for 20%-45% profit share and base salary 40-45 hour work week average!

Franchise any location $125k-$150k
All equipment included and No royalties for 12 months!!
