👋🏼Hi! I’m Anna, the person behind Anna Clara Films.

Photography became meaningful to me in a deeply personal way — through loss, I came to understand just how much a single image can hold. That perspective shapes everything I create: thoughtful, intentional imagery designed to last.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me hosting — whether it’s a chaotic backyard playdate or a dinner party thrown for no reason at all. I’m also on an endless quest for a coffee shop that can finally outdo my husband’s latte (no luck yet), and there’s a 90% chance I have sourdough rising on the counter right now.

A seaside family season 💕

John and Lydia's wedding day was both relaxed and fun all rolled up into one.

While most couples may have approached the ever-changing situation due to both the weather and Covid with frustration and/or stress, John and Lydia were both were so flexible and relaxed as plans changed. (You may not believe it, but this was an immediate-family-only wedding besides bridal party - they both come from big families!)

As far as the fun, let's just say nearly every single kid left telling their parents, "This was the best day of my life." For the kids, there was a bounce house and pizza + a movie for dinner (Cinderella, of course). For the adults, there were outdoor games galore and an ice cream truck (which the kids also loved).

I had so much fun capturing and editing this, and I hope it allows you to experience (even a little bit!) the magic of their wedding day.

From start to finish, Josh and Sarah's wedding day was such a vibrant picture of the love and joy that can only come from Christ. They're so committed to serving not only each other, but also those around them. I'm so thankful to have gotten the privilege of filming their day, and I'm so excited to get to share it with you all.
