Weโ€™re excited to announce that our annual Shop With a Cop event will take place the morning of December 6th at Walmart!

To register, please visit the Greenville Police Department in person.
๐ŸŽ Priority will be given to Greenville residents in Pre-K through 6th grade, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot!

At just 19 years old, Chris Cosgriff founded the Officer Down Memorial Page (ODMP) from his college dorm room with one goal: to make sure no fallen officer would ever be forgotten.

It brings us profound sadness to announce the line of duty death of Trooper Nicholas P. Cayton, OSHP, who had over 10 years with the Patrol. Tragically, Tpr. Claytonโ€™s vehicle was struck by a semi while assisting another disabled semi on the roadway.

Our prayers go out to your family and friends, brother. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ More to come once official publications are released.

After three decades of service to the City of Richmond, ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐€๐ฆ๐ข ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ is officially retiring from the Richmond Police Department.

Throughout her 30-year career, Sgt. Miller has served in nearly every capacity: Patrol Officer, SWAT, Traffic Unit Leader, and Sergeant. Sgt. Miller has been a mentor to many within our agency. But her most lasting impact has always been her dedication to the safety and well-being of our community and fellow officers.

Her retirement marks the end of an era, but also the beginning of a new chapter. Sgt. Miller now plans to spend well-earned time with her loved ones (including her furry companions!) and focus on the K-9 Officer Seara Burton Foundation. This foundation honors Officer Burtonโ€™s Legacy by providing life-saving safety equipment to K9s and their handlers across the country.
