Italian Thursdays... Chicken Marsala (w a Vegan Chicken Marsala option), Butter Parmesan Fettuccine, Roasted Asparagus, Italian Bread Sticks, and our famous Italian Grinder Salad. Gluten-free
with the exception of the plant based vegan chicken.

Mediterranean Mahi Mahi, Roasted Mediterranean Summer Vegetables, Sun Dried Tomato (& Parmesan) Pasta, and dinner rolls (not pictured is the Mediterranean Chopped Salad). Yeah, a little different for us but that's what it's all about, pushing the limits and creating new food.

Tex Mex day at the Corporate catering gig. Steak Fajita meat, peppers and onions, yellow rice, and for the vegetarians, seasoned portobellos with peppers and onions. Oh, and a Mexican version of a cucumber and tomato salad.

So yummy!!!

It's Burger Day for our corporate clients. A first for us but we rose to the occasion and pulled off 35 Black Angus 1/3 pounders, 10 Beyond Burger vegetarian burgers, mashed potato salad, coleslaw, and chips (plus the fixings).
We love a challenge and are happy with how this turned out.

Two more days of catering, and my my my, doesn't it look good?
The first day was a build your own burrito bowl (Cilantro Lime rice, seasoned chicken, Black and Pinto beans, and more).
The second day was Lemon Dill whitefish with Stuffed Pepper casserole, Parmesan pasta, green snap peas, rolls, and salad.

Man, we are having fun with this. And don't forget, we can cater for you as well.

So, about last night.....Wow, what a great, fun time we had with Dana Bakes Gluten Free at Depot Family Dinner, hosted by Dana Bakes Gluten Free & Hot Dish MCF. Great dinner, great desserts and appetizers, and absolutely great company. Much gratitude to all of those that supported us by attending last night, you are the reason we do these things!
It's always good to get the first one under your belt as it prepares you for many more (yes, that means more will be happening soon, so stay tuned).
Hot Dish has to give a great big Thank You to Dana North and Derric Watson for partnering with us and making last night a reality. Honestly, we see a lot of fun to times ahead with you and Richmond.
