A real wedding weekend at Woodhouse with N + J.

This is what we mean when we talk about a wedding that feels like a full weekend away with your favorite people mixed with a great dinner party.

For N + J, that meant time to settle in, gather, eat well, move through the property, and let the weekend unfold without everything feeling overly formal or rushed.

A full weekend here usually means:

Friday welcome party
On-site lodging for your closest guests
A Saturday ceremony under the willow tree
Cocktail hour on the lawn
Dinner under our clear-top tent or open-air on the terrace
Late-night dancing in the tavern
Good food, good drinks, and a team that handles the details

Every wedding here feels a little different, which is the point. The property gives you the structure, the food, the spaces, and the support, but the weekend still feels like yours.

Just a couple more details to add to this year’s in-house tent design. It’s been months in the making and truly a village of the most amazing people to get to this point, but I’m so excited to reveal the final result in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned! And a huge shout out to our General Manager we’re lucky to have you and so excited to roll into our fully packed summer season. If you’re curious we still have some great dates open for the 2027 season. The calendar is definitely full at this point but we have some great options across the season. It’s fun to look back at the lodge last April . Early spring is that in-between moment… a little bare, a little quiet… but give it two weeks and everything turns.

Right now landscaping is going in and spaces are coming back to life & creative plans come to life.
We can’t wait to open the doors again and welcome this season’s couples back to the lodge.

It’s that time of year when the lodge gets its spring refresh 🌿 windows open, gardens waking up, everything coming back to life.

We’re getting ready to welcome our wedding couples next month and it’s always our favorite shift into the season.

What makes weekends here feel easy (and actually fun to plan) is that so much is already built in… lodging, staffing, tables, dinnerware, the flow of the weekend. You’re not starting from scratch, but there’s still so much room to make it your own and do something that feels personal.

Our 2027 calendar is already filling up, so if you’ve been thinking about it, this is a really nice time to come see the property in person and get a feel for it.
