Start your engines Greenup! AK Street Rods presents a Car & Bike Show for Old Fashion Days! From vintage rides to custom builds, this showcase celebrates horsepower, hometown pride, and the stories behind every set of wheels.

📍 Location: Near Greenup Christian Church on Main Street
Time: Registration is 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., judging is at 12 p.m. and awards at 2 p.m.

50/50 Tickets will be sold during the event!

All proceeds from the Car and Bike Show will benefit Veterans Outreach in Grayson, KY.

Bring your bikes and your best racing spirit for a fun-filled, old-timey competition! Whether you’re fast as lightning or just love a good ride, it’s all about fun, friends, and a dash of friendly competition. 🏁💨

🗓️ Date: Saturday, October 4th
📍 Location: Registration takes place at the Gazebo
⏰ Time: 2 p.m. (Registration takes place at the Gazebo in front of the Court House.)

Ages: Balance Bike is for kids under 5 and pedal bike is for kids 5 - 16.

🚣‍♂️💦 Paddle Up, Greenup! 💦🚣‍♀️

The Canoe & Kayak Race at Old Fashion Days is making waves again!

Grab your crew, your paddle, and your spirit of adventure! It's time to race down the Little Sandy River in true Appalachian style.

🏁 When: October 4th
📍 Where: Registration begins at 8:15 a.m. at Raccoon/Gullett Bridge on Rt. 2 in Greenup. Race begins at 9 a.m.
🎉 Who: All ages welcome—bring the whole family to cheer!

The flatwater race is a 6.14 mile and begins at the Raccoon/Gullet Bridge on Rt. 2 in Greenup. The race will end at the Little Sandy Boat Ramp.

Single kayakers and 2-person canoes are welcome to join.

The top 10 finishers will receive a prize compliments of Greenup Christian Church.

Life Jackets MUST be worn at all time during the race. No one under the age of eighteen is permitted without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Whether you're in it to win it or just floating for fun, this race celebrates our river roots and community pride.

Prizes, bragging rights, and plenty of splashes guaranteed!
