I've been djing for quite some time. My first wedding to DJ was November of 1990. It's a bit of a passion for me as I always try to deliver nothing less than a stellar presentation. Don't worry, I know that the day is not about me, especially for my wedding customers. It's about the bride and groom, their families and their guests. y wedding that they book, I am not that DJ. There will be humor and a few appropriate jokes, but only where they pertain to your family, friends and your day. I typically only play clean edits of songs and I can assure you that I am familiar with all genres of music. I mean ALL (even Country and contemporary Christian). I will make sure that we have an agreed upon itinerary and I will help gently guide you through the event accomplishing all that we plan, as time permits. Music is a passion, I find great songs in all genres and I actually spent 25 years working in the music industry with some high profile artists and companies. I have worked closely with several major music festivals and was a paid emcee at several of those events over the years, with over 100,000 people in attendance. I am approaching 800 weddings as a dj, and, with the new opportunities to officiate, I have actually done about a dozen so far that I have officiated and then was also the reception DJ. Ceremony music, no problem, love to be a part of the ceremony and the reception for all of those all-in-one locations. I have done weddings in 14 states and Canada. I was also 'The Music Guy' on a tv show, guesting once or twice a month for a 12 year period. So, all of that to say, this is what you get if you choose me as the dj for any event. Professional, fun, crazy, experienced, song selection knowledge, old and new.
