Apparently Mother Nature saw IRWIN on our schedule again and said, “Yinz ain’t doin’ this without a thunderstorm.” ⛈️🐷😂 At this point, we’re seriously considering charging the rain a vendor fee because it shows up to just about every event we do. ☔️🤣

But if there’s one thing we know about Irwin… YINZ SHOW UP BIG FOR US. ❤️

Rain? Yinz show up.
Heat? Yinz show up.
Random Pennsylvania weather having another identity crisis? Yinz STILL show up. 😂🙌

Uhhhhhh… yinz. 😂

We LOVE the love, truly—but August has been closed, locked, smoked, wrapped in foil, and left to rest. 🔥🐷

The event requests are still rolling in, and all we can say is… holy cow. Literally. 🐮 We appreciate every single person who thinks ofus for their event, but this month is packed tighter than a brisket cooler on festival day!!!

So if we’ve had to say “sawwwwyy” lately, please know it’s not personal—we’re just out here doing our best not to spontaneously combust. 😂

🚨 QUICK PSA FROM IN FRONT OF THE GRILL: 🚨

The thermometer says 119°, but let’s be real—it’s probably even hotter standing directly in front of this grill. 🥵🔥 At this point, we’re not cooking the meat… the meat and the grill are working together to cook us.

Days like today are brutal for everyone working outside, in kitchens, on food trucks, or anywhere else the heat just won’t quit. Please be patient, be kind, and remember there are actual humans back here sweating their butts off trying to feed yinz.

A little kindness goes a long way—especially when the crew is already well-done. 😂🐷🔥

🌧️ RAIN OR SHINE, YINZ — THE SHOW IS STILL ON THE ROAD! 🐷🔥

Today we’re at Irwin Park for the 94th Annual Norwin Community Picnic! That’s right, folks… this picnic has been going strong for 94 years, and a little rain sure ain’t stopping it now!

So pull on the rain boots, throw on a jacket, grab an umbrella — though you might not even need it, because once you smell that brisket you’ll be running straight to the truck! 😂 — and come get yourself some award-winning BBQ! ☔️🍖

We’re just hoping the truck doesn’t sink into the park… because if it does, we might become a full-time Irwin Park attraction. 😂 Somebody better bring a BIG tow strap!

We’re popping up TODAY from 1–2 PM at Valley Spa!

We’re feeding the Valley Spa crew, but the public is welcome too—because we would never gatekeep good BBQ. 😂🐷
