A severe storm rolled through the beautiful Hidden Hills Venue right before the ceremony, reminding us of the 4th of July storms we fought off a couple weekends ago. Once again, my girls Jacalyne Walker and Kristina Ogden came in clutch to clean everything up in time for the ceremony. 🩵

11 hours, 90+ degree heat, thunderstorms with constant timeline changes… and it all came together so beautifully. 🩵

I spent my 4th of July in the gorgeous North Carolina mountains celebrating Ambria & Allistair, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better day.

This vendor team deserves every bit of the praise because they made my job feel easy. Everyone showed up, rolled with every change, helped one another, and never skipped a beat. As a coordinator, that’s the dream.

A huge shoutout to:
Mila Wilson (MilaWilson_photo) for capturing every moment so beautifully and keeping me laughing.
Habibi Village for keeping everyone well-fed with an amazing meal.
Jessica Clark, Harpist, who played through a mountain thunderstorm during the ceremony.
Paul Defiglia & Band, who adjusted to every schedule change without batting an eye and kept the day flowing perfectly.
The White Crow for being one of the most breathtaking venues I’ve ever had the pleasure of coordinating at. Those mountain views are unforgettable.

To Ambria & Allistair—thank you for trusting me with such an important day. It was an honor to be a small part of your love story.
