The Epic Event Planning family are firm believers in doing more for the greater good. With that being said, we are so proud to announce that we have finally launched our Epic Cares Project!!

What is Epic Cares Project?
Twice a year we will donate a free elopement, micro-wedding or vow renewal to couples facing a serious/terminal illness or an extreme life-altering situation. We’re currently offering this amazing project for NC only, but hope to provide this to other states in the future.

We are extremely excited about this project, if you would like to sign up to be a sponsor, please reach out to us because our goal is to make a positive impact in our community. Also, we will post other community service projects throughout the year. We would love to have your support!!

Black Excellence Photoshoot - Collaboration over Competition

I’m thrilled to FINALLY announce my collaboration with Magazine! Words can not express what an honor it was to have worked with these amazing ladies on this project, everyone was absolutely beautiful!! I originally started this project in 2020, unfortunately due to the pandemic everything had to be put on hold. It was disappointing, but as you know everything happens for a reason and I’m so glad everything finally came together.

What inspired me to arrange the Black Excellent Photo Shoot? I've worked in the Piedmont Triad Area as a wedding and event professional since 2015, during this time I've had the opportunity to meet, connect, collaborate, and become friends with individuals that happen to be some of the most amazingly talented women of color. I felt inspired and compelled to celebrate and also highlight these ladies since they strive for excellence on a daily and weekly basis. They continue to provide amazing service, top tier products and truly believe that it’s a beautiful thing when women of color can build community over competition.
