Do you know the difference between Joe Rogan and Rogan Josh?
One is a wild mix of Ethnic ideas and one is a savory Indian dish.
I had Rogan Josh for the first time this last week and was enamored by the mix of flavors, so I decided to replicate this entrée.
Usually made with lamb or goat (Sorry Rocky...) my version is made with chicken thighs. Slowly simmered for hours, flavors of onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and a little heat, creating a unique blend of flavors.
This will be available this Monday, Nov. 21st, served with brown rice and topped with cilantro and naan on the side for $15 a meal.
This can be picked up from 6:30-6:45pm (yoga students, after class).
