Acupuncture & Complementary Family Care
359 Main Street, Suite 3, Farmington, NH 03835

Acupuncture & Complementary Family Care is seeking an Acupuncturist licensed in the State of NH (or applying for licensure) to complement the hours of operation in its current clinic setting, with a long term goal of taking over the Farmington practice.
This is a wonderful “start-up” opportunity for a new graduate.
The office consists of 4 treatment rooms for Acupuncture, an additional 2 rooms sublet to a Massage Therapist, and a lobby area.
The building and half bath are handicap accessible.
There are 2 Infrared Saunas in the practice, one of which is located in an Acupuncture treatment room.
The office is located within 30-45 minutes of Portsmouth, Ossipee and Concord.
Initially, the office is looking for a practitioner 2-5 days per week – more if the
oncoming provider desires to work weekends.
Owner office hours are normally 9am to 7pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with Wednesdays and Fridays open for administrative tasks - but the oncoming practitioner may set their own hours.
A practitioner who is willing to accept insurance is preferred as this is what the current clientele is accustomed to and, frankly, has been lucrative.
Current owner is an APRN and is willing to be the supervising entity for Medicare
billing when/if the new practitioner is credentialed.
Owner will assist the Acupuncturist with this process if desired.
Rent and “use of space” options will be negotiated with the practitioner.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Perform initial assessments and provide Acupuncture treatments to clients.
If credentialed, prescribe appropriate herbal therapies.
Obtain and maintain individual professional liability insurance.
Order treatment and office supplies as needed.
Clean treatment rooms and common areas as needed.
Keep front sidewalk entrance-way clear of snow as needed.
Please contact Susan for more information if interested.
Thank you and Be Well,
Susan L. Rooks, Lic.Ac, APRN, CEAS II
