We are firing up the pits!

We will have pulled pork and pulled chicken hot and ready for delivery or pick-up Friday from 4-6 pm. $10 per pound.
The meat will be un-sauced, a 16 oz bottle of our BBQ sauce is available for $5 .

Thanks to everyone who fought the rain and came to see us at Alton farmers market Sat. It was great seeing friends come and sample smoked cheese and craft bacon,and the reaction from now,new friends. We are back on 5/18. Smoked cheese and Craft Bacon will be back.
