Things we'd tell you if you were our friend...
Don't just ask yourself how you LOOK in the dress.

Ask yourself how you feel living in it. 🧡

Sit down. Walk around. Move your arms. Give Mom a hug. Imagine dancing in it for a few hours.

You're not going to spend your wedding day standing perfectly still on a pedestal.

You're going to hug people. Eat. Dance. Sit. Walk. Laugh. And probably make at least one trip to the bathroom with a small support team. 😅

Of course we want you to feel beautiful. But we also want you to actually enjoy being in your dress.

So when you're trying one on, don't be afraid to move around a little.

Your wedding dress has to do more than look good in the mirror. It has to come to the wedding with you. 🧡

You don't have to have it all figured out before you walk through our doors.

We forget sometimes how many things about this process aren't obvious until you're actually in it.

When should I order my dress?
What size will I try on?
How long does a dress take to come in?
When do alterations happen?
Do I need shoes before I choose a dress?
What am I supposed to bring to my appointment?
And yes... we've heard all of them. 😅

You are not supposed to already know how all of this works.
That's part of why we're here.

Ask the questions. Even the ones you think
you should already know the answer to.
We'd much rather explain something than have you quietly stressing about it. 🧡

A reminder for the bride trying to make every single detail perfect...

Something probably won't go exactly according to plan.

The weather might change.
The timeline might run behind.
Someone might forget something.
Your hair might not look exactly the same by the end of the night. 😅

And you know what?

You can still have the most incredible wedding day.

Because when you look back, you're probably not going to remember whether every little detail happened exactly the way you planned it.

You're going to remember how you felt walking down the aisle.

The people who showed up for you.

The moments that made you laugh.

And the person standing next to you through all of it. 🧡

Plan the beautiful day. But give yourself permission to actually enjoy it, too.

It doesn't have to be perfect to be everything you hoped it would be. ✨
