At Smokehouse Bakery, we especially love catering, because it frees up quality time for our clients to spend with their families. Since we cater events as a family ourselves, this also allows us quality time together and provides a sense of tradition. We hope to spread that sentiment to the people we cater for. lear intention of providing great quality food that not only taste amazing, but also comes from locally grown ingredients. Through family craft and dedication, my son and I have perfected our sauces and rubs and continuously slave over the smoker for hours to provide the most tender and juicy meats possible. My wife and three daughters spend their days in the kitchen baking and decorating some of the most delicious desserts that you might ever sink your teeth into as well as creating some of the best sides you can imagine.
