Hey everyone! We have decided to smoke turkeys and hams for you this year! Let us do the hard work so you can enjoy family time on Thanksgiving! We need a minimum of 10 people to agree to this. We will smoke the meat and have it cooled for you to pickup Wednesday afternoon on 11/26/25. We will arrange a central meeting area. We will be smoking them for $8 a pound. The deadline will be Friday November 14th.Text 423-620-1102 or PM so I can write the name and orders down.

We hope everyone is staying dry in the rainy weather today. Just wanted to touch base about Easter coming up. We are doing turkeys and hams and will be available for pick up on Saturday April 19th. Turkeys for about 9to10 pounds will be $50. Hams 9 to 10 pounds will be $55 dollars and turkey breast will be $40. Please message or text to confirm. We have a few spots still available.

We are hoping everyone is doing well. We have been busy past weekend and we want to thank the ladies at Lynn valley church in Elizabethon for allowing us to cater their Christmas party Saturday. We also like to thank First Church of God for allowing us to cater their Christmas meal Sunday. And here is our updated menu for the next year.

We hope everyone has had a safe 4th of July. And thank you to the men and women that allowed us to have the freedom we do have. I hope we never forget ehat the day really means. Here are some pictures from the past two weekend of events we had the pleasure of doing. Remember our menu is just an example what we do. We are able to do more things just ask us.

So we have decided to do a meal for the 4th of July and not Father's day since it is this weekend. We will be doing it on the 4th that Thursday. We will be doing pulled pork or ribs or chicken wings by the dozen for the meat and doing beans and slaw for the sides. We just need have enough total orders to make it worth while. Please message or text 423-620-1102. Will probably meet in middle of town as a central location and food probably be ready for pickup around 12 or so. We will need to have orders in by the 28th so we can get supplies.
