The Yogurt Parfait Bar is going to be incredibly beautiful and sooooooo much fun! The Potato Torte is sublimely crispy on the outside and so tender in! Mini Homemade Pancakes on a pick? Ridiculously adorable!

Mahi mahi caught and prepared in the most gorgeous kitchen ever. Look at the view!
Mahi Mahi in a butter sauce with linguine and sautéed spinach. Fresh mango, melon and papaya for dessert.

Feeling very LUCKY this morning!
Let me explain!
I get to make some very important little people their birthday cakes every year! It is so much fun to see what is in their little hearts and minds as they deliberate what kind of cake they want! The challenge is alway met and never really is a challenge since I subscribe to the motto of "I can do anything if I try hard enough and actually WANT to accomplish it"
Having said all of that....this business gives so much to me and to others, but, it also takes away. It takes away the time I used to have for friends, for family, for any form of relaxation. It takes away my free weekends, a solid 8 hours and also a huge amount of personal space.
But, here's what it does give me....
the joy of creating the perfect menu for your event, the wonder of seeing it come to life, my ability to elevate your event food to something you dreamed of, seeing what I am capable of at 2am.
