Wanted to share with you a lovely peach dish that I made with the amazing peaches in my Country Creek Produce Farm CSA box!

Grilled peaches with Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar and topped with a bit of chopped Mint and some Pistachios!
A no recipe dessert. Elevated. Elegant. Delicious!

I’ve been keeping a secret!

I have fallen into a dream! I am now the Private Chef with a luxury estate venue in Boonsboro Md. called Willowood Washington!

I am beyond gleeful! I have worked so hard for this incredible opportunity. The Estate is indescribable. It has been meticulously restored to something you’ve never seen before! Lush. Layered. Loved.

The food experiences have been crafted to equal the beauty and mystique of the Estate with particular emphasis on locally sourced food and with high attention given to every single detail. This is definitely where I will be able to care about my food the way I need to. Elavated. Intentional. Intriguing.

If we have an event together as Summer Creek, no worries! Let’s have a great event together!

But just know I am joyous to be able to share with you the Willowood Washington announcement! Every single one of you has contributed to my journey towards this incredible opportunity and I cannot thank you enough for the years of encouragement and support, all of the weddings and special celebrations that you permitted me to be a part of!
