I started my morning in Country Creek Produce Farm’s strawberry patch picking the most luscious huge ruby colored berries. I thanked my mama for instilling in me the love of road side stands and bountiful orchards. The sun on my back and the sweet company I kept was a balm to my soul!

Kicking off a full and beautiful weekend

We’re heading into back-to-back open house catering with Samson Properties and officially launching our wedding season at the stunning Goldfish Barn Event Center in Fort Louden, PA

Grateful doesn’t quite cover it—we’re so thankful for a full calendar and the opportunity to serve every guest with the level of care and detail they deserve.

our dark chocolate bark is a showstopper—rich, glossy, and studded with jewel-toned fruit and fresh raspberries 🍓

We’re also completely in love with our chocolate ganache mini layer cake—featuring a red raspberry filling, espresso-soaked sponge, and silky French buttercream.

2026 dates are filling quickly, and we’re now booking a limited number of events.

Hi friends ! We are excited for the 2026 catering season and welcome you to consider us for any special event. We recently had the pleasure of creating a beautiful food experience for a bride at the stunning new venue at Grayce Gardens—and it truly exceeded expectations. Being able to balance my role at Willowwood while continuing to serve our Summer Creek clients with intention and creativity is something I’m incredibly grateful for.
