Good morning, Greenback!! AJ’s already got the ribs on the smoker and we are getting ready to serve you today from 2-6. 😁 **it’s not likely, but should anything change in today’s schedule, follow this post for any updates**

It’s a perfect day to lay around and watch movies with a brisket chili and cornbread muffin or a brisket grilled cheese.

No? Okay it’s a good day to watch the game with a big plate of AJs smoked wings.

Whatever your plans are on this very soggy day, just know we got your dinner covered.

Today! October 10th 2-6 at the corner of Morganton Rd and Oak St./across from the depot. I will try to post our menu as soon as I have it ready in the comments below.

As we head into brush fire season, we want to remind everyone that burn permits are required from October 15th through May 15th.

Make sure you get your burn permit through the www.tn.gov website.

Before starting your burn:
• Get your required burn permit
• Check the weather and wind conditions
• Keep a water source and tools nearby
• Never leave your fire unattended
• Make sure your fire is completely out before leaving

A small fire can get out of control quickly, especially with dry leaves, grass, and changing winds.
