Drays Coffee Co was founded by my husband Evan and me, Dray, fueled by our shared passion for exceptional coffee. I began my journey in the coffee world at 15, working as a barista in a local shop and gaining valuable experience through several barista roles over the years. With a solid foundation of knowledge, I felt ready to bring our dream to life. When I shared the idea of starting our own coffee cart business, Evan eagerly jumped onboard, fully supporting this passion project.

As we began this venture, we also envisioned starting a family, and what better way for me to stay present at home while nurturing my passion for coffee? When you book with us, you will experience the dedication and love we pour into our business. Through Drays Coffee Co, we aim to share our love for coffee and our faith in Jesus with every cup we serve.
