Still recovering from all the fun (and food) at the Wine & Food Festival last weekend! Huge thanks to Chef Alex publichousemt for inviting us to collaborate—we had a blast experimenting in the kitchen. And a big shoutout to Drew and Central Avenue Meats for crafting the perfect andouille recipe to bring our vision to life. Nothing like great food, great company, and a little culinary mischief! Shoutout to Nourish for her behind the scenes assistance and event photos!! Additionally thank you to the attendees, you all looked wonderful and we had fun hanging with you! We’re turning up the heat with a special collaboration between Nosh MT's very own Chef Julie and Chef Alex of publichousemt! Expect bold techniques, unexpected flavors, and a menu that pushes boundaries.

The only hint we’ll give? Central Avenue Meats handcrafted Andouille is making a star appearance in our dish. The rest? You’ll have to taste it to believe it.
