Even though it was a cold and rainy Sunday, many brides and their family and friends came to the Wedding Affair at the Nevada County Fair grounds. We look forward to working with these potential clients this wedding season. A big thank you to Donna Hoekstra for producing yet another great show.

Jeff and I send out a huge thank you to the couples of 2016 who used our services: Heather and Art, Michael and Lexi, Ashley and Ben, Allison and Roman, Makenzie and Chad, Jamie and Joe, Shauna and Nathan, Katie and Andrew and Rachel and Matt. We wish you good health, prospertiy and happiness.

We will have a booth at the Wedding Affair on January 22nd at the Nevada County fair grounds, noon to 4 pm. This is a beautifuly produced event and always well attended. We look forward to meeting some of our 2017 clients!

Congratulations to Rachel and Matt Mertens, married on Saturday, November 12th at the beautiful Miners Foundry in Nevada City. Their proud parents, Don and Marne, Craig and Carol along with 180 family and friends enjoyed the celebration. Jeff and I are honored to have played a part in their special day. September is a great month in the Foothills, Shauna and Nat had the perfect day for their wedding including a harvest moon. Black and white striped runners under garland with blush accents. Shauna wore one of the most beautiful wedding dresses we've seen this year! A new vendor for this wedding, Sundance Catering from Sacramento, thank you Keith and Kathy for the delicious food and super staff. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Fagliano, thank you for letting us guide your special day.

Congratulations to Mackenzie and Chad, beautiful wedding on Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic church with their reception at Ponderosa Hall at the Nevada County Fair grounds. Jeff and I were happy to be a part of their special day. Just another great venue in Nevada County !

Another beautiful Sierra Foothill wedding, Allison Alvidrez and Roman Seghezzi. Check out the photos of the special touches in this wedding, Gianna Seghezzi design, Chef Antonio Seghezzi prepared the delicious food, Demi Seghezzi created the florals. Allison was an absolutely beautiful bride. Jeff and I enjoyed being a part of their special day, our very best wishes to a great couple.

Jeff and I will be joining Rust & Ruffles, 908 Lincoln Way in Auburn on Saturday, March 26th from 11 am to 5 pm. Vintage Redeemed, a shop next to Rust & Ruffles, is presenting a Vintage Bridal Event. There will be lots of inspiraton for brides looking for the perfect accents for their wedding. We'll be there to present our design ideas and offer our 'day-of' services.
