And the winner is... Huney Knuckles! After an incredible Band Contest filled with amazing performances, passionate fans, and unforgettable moments, we’re thrilled to announce that our ticket holders have selected Huney Knuckles as this year’s winner and will open the Vaudeville Stage on Friday at High Sierra Music Festival! We also want to congratulate our outstanding runners-up: Space Heater, Blu Egyptian, and Temple Monarch. We’re excited to share that all three bands have been added to the festival lineup and will be performing on the Tall Pines Stage. A huge thank you to every band that participated, the venues that hosted incredible nights of music, and the fans who showed up, cheered loudly, and made this experience so memorable.
Congratulations to all of the artists, and we’ll see you in Grass Valley!

The Rumble is back at High Sierra this year! Don’t miss their 3 sets (late night, Pfunk tribute, and main stage) and if you haven’t heard them—give them a listen beforehand to get a sense of the New Orleans energy they’re bringing to the mix.

The Walkaways created their band around a fun concept: Only play songs that Phish has covered—without ever doing a single Phish original.
To make things even more interesting, they’ll host a special Playshop counting down their Top 10 Phish Covers of All Time. Considering Phish has performed more than 700 covers spanning rock, funk, bluegrass, psychedelia, and beyond, narrowing it down to ten won’t be easy.
