Need a few easy meals now that it’s Back to School time? Did you make lunches for everyone but you? 🥙
Asparagus and Egg Protein Bowl
Red Cabbage Chickpea and Peanut Salad
Musubi Rolls
Lemon and Sage Chicken Breast and Butternut Squash Steaks and more ..

One thing that I do is flavor EVERYTHING! 🍋🍋🍋

When I am adding your cucumbers to your Protein Bowl they get their own toss of lemon ( I prefer Meyers Lemons) and seasoning.
When I bake your Egg Plant there is a pre-toss of the Powdered Spices - Garlic Powder, Onion Powder (Organic is best) and then an after toss with fresh herbs.

That's the difference when you are creating layers of flavors that bring in the second Ahhh!
Add the dried spice and then bring in the fresh- dont forget a zing of citrus! 👩🏻‍🍳
