Bill’s Chuckwagon BBQ was happy to once again cater the annual Anew Day fundraiser, serving nearly 200 guests!

We fired up the grill for our traditional BBQ of beef, chicken, along with fresh salad, roasted red potatoes, and ciabatta garlic bread.

We had a great time celebrating a beautiful Fourth of July wedding at Mountain Shadows Retreat! 🇺🇸❤️

Our crew served up fresh-off-the-grill BBQ tri-tip and chicken, roasted red potatoes, grilled veggies, spring mix salad, and warm ciabatta bread. Guests enjoyed meatballs and bruschetta while celebrating the happy couple before dinner.

We had the pleasure of catering a lovely wedding at Schram’s! Guests enjoyed our tender tri-tip, grilled chicken breast, roasted red potatoes, organic spring mix salad with fresh veggies, grilled vegetables, and Truckee Sourdough ciabatta bread.
