We were excited to have the chance to "Dare to Dream" at the Nothing Bundt Cakes Conference in Las Vegas earlier this month. From a golf tournament to an awards gala to an exhibit hall, we loved being part of all the things that make in-person events so great!

As meeting planners, we've always found an incredibly important 'tool of the trade' to be comfortable shoes. When you're on your feet for hours on end running around huge hotels and convention centers, you need shoes that will support your tired feet!
This past year, our shoe choice has seemed less important as we've spent more time in virtual breakout rooms than we have in ballrooms. Our 'go-to' items these days seem to be headsets and light rings.

We're rolling with things in this ever-changing landscape, and still finding ways to help clients deliver content effectively. We plan. We pivot. We adapt. That flexibility has always been part of the events world.

But man, will we be excited to get back to those 'tired feet' days. Here's hoping we're back in those sensible shoes again soon.

Sending swag bags in advance of virtual events can be a fun way to engage attendees and build anticipation. From snacks to fidget toys to branded promotional materials, there are lots of ways to customize the mailing to your particular audience.

These 200 boxes will soon be on their way to conference registrants. We can't wait to hear the feedback once they get their goodies!

Premier has been fortunate enough to have had 18 successful years in the event management industry. Although 2020 will be rough on our company and the industry as a whole, and we don't yet know what the future holds, we know anything we may face pales in comparison to what our first responders and healthcare workers are facing TODAY. They are the ones working long hours, taking on incredibly difficult challenges, and bravely facing personal risk. As long as we are able, we want to try to do what we can to support their noble work. This week, we were proud to donate boxed lunches from Two Sisters Catering to help feed those on the 'front lines' - the hospital workers, medical personnel, first responders and other essential personnel who are putting others before themselves.

Last week we were proud to manage the exhibit hall at the NEO and Specialty Review Conferences, events we have been part of for seven years now. This year marked a move to from Orlando to San Diego. We loved the change of scenery and were happy to be able to continue to be part of these special events that provide vital information and education to neonatal providers.
