Unique Catering was back at it this evening for a fun and unique tea party event! 🫖🌿
Our clients selected the menu from a plant-based cookbook, which gave me the opportunity to step outside my usual comfort zone and try several dishes for the first time. I’ll admit, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but, everything turned out great and tasted even better than I expected!
It was definitely a challenging menu, but that made it even more rewarding. A fun night, some new culinary experiences, and another successful event for Unique Catering!
Sometimes the best menus are the ones that challenge you to try something new! 👨‍🍳🌱
