My first tasting went Great!! Lots of wonderful friends/family came out and enjoyed all the French favorites. And I recieved lots of terrific feed back and some new ideas. All this week I have been working on new menus and pricing and should have that up soon. Thank you again to everyone and the incredible support!!! Especially my Mom who helped with alot with the baking and set up!! Merci!!!

Menu is made and preparations are started for the Appetite of France Holiday Tasting on Sunday November 20th!! Marie and I are all set to start a baking marathon! Make sure you come on by and taste of France's favorite Holiday traditions, as well as some of Marie's special recipes from her childhood. There will be something to delight everyone's tastebuds!!

With it being cold & windy & wet yesterday I made some homemade "warm you up" French Onion soup and and Croque Monsieur (french ham & cheese) sandwiches:-) Hit the spot & Everyone loved it! :-)

I am working on adding more info...especially the pastries:-) The profile picture is of the traditional French Christmas Cake called Buche de Noel. That will be the featured item for December and is made from my Mom's secret recipe that she is pretty tight on sharing:-) If any one is interested in one for a holiday party let me know:-)
