I offer Day of Coordination and Monthly Consulting for all your wedding needs! Why should you hire a day of coordinator?
- I’ll be the point of contact through your entire day. After getting to know you and w
hat your wedding entails, my biggest job is making sure everything runs perfectly! So instead of your vendors running to you or your family for help, they come to me! You need to focus on enjoying your big day!
- I’ll take care of all your special items including: place cards, guest book, cards, gifts, signs, etc.
- I’ll help vendors and guests with transitions. For example when the DJ needs to announce your special dances, or when guests need to leave so the room can flip for dinner.
- I’ll create your day of timeline and send it to all your vendors and bridal party. It’ll also keep your event moving at the pace you want it to.
- I’ll attend your rehearsal and help facilitate as needed.
- I’ll provide a wedding day emergency kit that will have items to help in any situation. If you need help planning I also offer monthly consultations. This is a once a month meeting where I will go over what needs to get done that month and make sure you are staying on track.
