This is the one, kept playing with the drink from yesterday and I love it now. Sweet, spiced, bitter and floral. This one's got a lot of layers, but it's delicious.

Oh this one is nice, but not quite there yet. I'm gonna play around with it some more, but as is it's still a crushable porch sipper.

Been in the lab whipping up new recipes! The celery and cucumber water combo immediately makes me smile, reminds me of working in the garden. Speaking of which, I grew that mint!

When you make a main course like short ribs, it needs a strong cocktail with teeth to cut through the rich, fatty goodness.

My Sazerac is fairly common, but every bartender has their own version. I use an atomizer for the Absinthe rinse, I like it b/c it wastes less of the good green juice.

2.5oz Rye
4-dashes Ango Bitters
4-dashes Peychaud's Bitters75 Simple Syrup (1.5:1)
Absinthe Rinse

This strawberry daiquiri is topped with a ruby port float and it's the perfect spring refreshment after spending a day in the garden.

This is my favorite time of year to make cocktails, so much fresh fruit to play with, and peoples palettes switch to lighter, more tart drinks.

It's Spring so I'm making fresh fruit cocktails and nothing else!

Version 2.0 of Dom's Dreamcicle!

It's close, but not quite there yet. The egg white and Maraschino Liqueur are good additions. Switching back to Aperol for the next attempt, and ditching the split base for all vodka.

Usually I wouldn't make vodka the base, but Gin has been overpowering the rest of the flavors.

Don't just toss ingredients out because they expire soon, use 'em up trying something new.

I made this with some lemon super juice, rose infused grenadine and a tart creme de violette foam that were all gonna turn by next week.

Just ask and I can share recipes for the individual ingredients.

'Lil experiment with 400 Conejos, I'm really enjoying it so far.

This has kumquat syrup, shiso infused gin, blanco mezcal and umeshu. Smoky, sweet and herbal all at the same time. Some good stuff!
