Just a little clarification experiment, poblano, peaches and port blended together and clarified with non-dairy whipping cream.

Smells of mild peppers, tastes like peaches and cream. This one's a keeper.

Bringing back one of my favorite experiments from a couple years ago, this is Garlic Skape Gin.

Skapes are the flowers of garlic that grow toward the end of the garlic harvest. Extremely pungent garlic flavor, with a bit of a floral note. Much brighter than normal garlic.

Combined with Suze and Lillet Blanc this makes a cocktail I call The Funk, it's a white negroni riff that resets your brain with the first sip.
