Tomorrow, Grand Rapids Film Society presents Caligula: The Ultimate Cut featuring a Q&A with the films editor, Aaron Shaps!

Shadowed by the murder of his entire family, the young, wary Caligula eliminates his devious adoptive grandfather and seizes control of the declining Roman Empire, descending into a spiral of depravity, destruction, and madness. This extensive reconstruction of the notorious 1979 spectacle restores the complete performances of Malcolm McDowell and Helen Mirren from an unprecedented amount of never-before-seen footage.
