🌸 While I've been a bit quiet here lately, it's only because I've been hard at work behind the scenes! Spring wedding season is just around the corner, and I'm beyond excited to be a part of so many special days coming up! 💐
But before all of that, I took on a very special request that was outside of my usual floral designs. A client reached out to me for a memorial piece, and it was one I won’t forget. She asked for yellow flowers, specifically sunflowers🌻🌻 (her favorite!), along with white roses. The piece needed to be small enough for her to display on her kitchen table all year round.
She also requested a few personal touches: her husband, a fisherman🎣, needed to be represented with a fisherman figurine on a bench, and she wanted to honor their wedding in military camo. To add a bit of sentimentality, she asked for a cardinal and a butterfly🦋 to symbolize him as well.
Here's the result! ✨ I created it on Tuesday, and with quick shipping, it was in her hands by Friday all the way in Southern Indiana. I’m so honored to have been part of such a meaningful tribute.
