We’re hiring a Sales/Event Manager!
Join the team at Martha’s Catering and help grow our corporate, wedding, and personal event business.

📆 Full-time | 40 hours/week
🕒 Weekdays: 9AM–5PM | Weekends/evenings as needed for events

What you’ll do:
• Solicit, negotiate, and book new and repeat business
• Develop and maintain client contracts with the Catering Management Team
• Work with the Chef to create event menus
• Assist clients with planning food, beverage, linen, and setup details
• Build relationships with local businesses, venues, and vendors
• Participate in community/professional organizations to promote sales
• Manage service staff and oversee event ex*****on

What we’re looking for:
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing staff
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events
