We are closed July 1-6 for Summer Break. We won't be responding to emails or messages until next Monday, July 7!

Bev will still be teaching her classes this Wednesday and Thursday, so if you're eager to move with us, that's where you can find us. Hope you all get to enjoy some time outside this week.

Looking for some inside flow time? Join us for our upcoming flow jams!
Join us on Sunday, May 25th and/or June 29th, now at a new time from 4:30pm - 6:30pm! Hula hooping, juggling, poi spinning, staff drilling, and more. Bring your own props or borrow something at our studio to try out something new! Meet our community, make connections, and flow! Complete beginners to advanced spinners in all disciplines of flow are welcome. This is a non-fire event!

Try Flying Pole with Anna!
Were you mesmerized by Aeriejane's flying pole routine at our Talent Show? Now's your chance to try it yourself!

Join for an 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐞 workshop on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟑 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟔-𝟕:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌. You'll learn entries into spinning, beginner moves, and short combos.

This workshop is for students with prior aerial experience. You should be able to do one of the following:
+ Climb on silks OR
+ Lift into lyra with no jumping or assistance OR
+ Pole climb OR
+ Pull-up
