What do I do for a living you ask?

I am the person who handles the administrative tasks and paperwork involved in preparing a mortgage loan application for the underwriter, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered, organized, and accurate

I, as a Mortgage loan processor, act as a bridge between the loan officer (who works directly with the borrower) and the loan underwriter (who makes the final decision on loan approval)

A mortgage loan processor's work is crucial for a smooth and efficient loan process, as it ensures the loan application is complete and accurate, which can prevent delays and issues during underwriting.
