🎉 Birthday Bash on the Beach! 🥂
This weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of catering an unforgettable birthday celebration for 40 guests at a stunning beach house on Lake Michigan 🌊🎈

The setting was gorgeous and the menu? Next-level. We served a delicious spread of handcrafted hors d'oeuvres, including:

WINNER WINNER , TENDERLOIN DINNER! 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆

An amazing dinner was held last night for the buyers of the 8 person dinner auctioned off at Life Align Inc gala dinner last night. Thanks to Mandy McCarl and Chris for purchasing this dinner to be auctioned off and raise funds for a great non profit! The night started out with a tapioca crisp, sashimi tuna, lemon juice pearls as an amuse bouche. Roasted beet and burrata salad with a citrus foam and balsamic vinegar "caviar". Homemade lobster ravioli with a saffron cream sauce. A perfectly cooked beef wellington, potato puree and asparagus. Caramelized chocolate basque cheescake, white chocolate crumble, raspberry caviar. To end the dinner with a cheers included a cranberry Moscow mule cocktail sphere. Which "explodes in your mouth!" Lol all in all an amazing night. Keep a lookout on their page for the next gala you can attend and bid on this exclusive dinner!!

An amazing dinner last night brought a family together to enjoy good food and drinks. Gwen Hazekamp and her husband jeff generously purchased 2 different auction dinners. With the help of Jenny Hart Locke and the Boys & Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore we were able to make magic happen. We also raised money for the North Muskegon Athletic Boosters . Now that 2024 has come to an end I'm proud to say 5 knives catering has helped raise over $27,000 for local nonprofit and charity auctions!
