It's another Saturday afternoon at the beginning of the month, so that means Cerbero Breathwork has once again completed a circle!

No better word than blessing to describe getting to work with anyone who happens to find me.

How do you feel about your 2026?

As of Today, May 14th, we are approximately 36.44% complete with the year. The official halfway point lies between July 2nd and 3rd. But I am inviting you to find your own personal halfway point during our June breathwork circle on 6/6/2026 (42.74% actual year completion).

No matter where you find yourself, it's always possible to chart a new course. Now is the time to decide how you are going to own the rest of your 2026!

Our June circle will be full of crunchy and tangy pop music to fuel a sprint into your subconscious and back. I can't wait to meet you all there!

As I reflect on the circles I have organized this year, there was a consistent theme of reaction.

It wasn't a conscious decision, but my intention always was that these practices are a means to ground ourselves so that we are able to react in a more balanced and thoughtful way to life in modernity.

For 2026, I am making a conscious decision to theme my events with more intention towards manifesting.

These self reflective practices will allow us to tap in and gain an understanding of the self that we can extend out to an understanding of others. That will be the means for us to take our intentions and actually make them manifest in the physical world.

We will be practicing the first Saturday morning of the month 10am @ Do Not Start (1265 Godfrey Ave SW Grand Rapids). This first circle of the year has a Neverending Story theme. I plan to be Falkor, hope you can join us!
